6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Affiliate Program Terms

Commission Structure:

• Bronze Tier (1-50 referrals): 10% commission
• Silver Tier (51-100 referrals): 15% commission
• Gold Tier (101+ referrals): 20% commission

Affiliate Responsibilities:

• Affiliates must promote our service honestly and accurately
• No false or misleading claims about our service or trading outcomes
• No spam or unsolicited promotional activities
• Compliance with all applicable advertising and marketing laws

Commission Payments:

• Payments are capped at 12 months per referral
• Payments are only made if the referred user has made payment
• Payments will be made on a monthly basis on request at the end of the calendar month
• Minimum payment threshold of £50 applies
• We reserve the right to withhold payments for fraudulent or suspicious activity

8. AI Technology Disclaimers

AI Limitations: Our service uses artificial intelligence technology for chart analysis. Users acknowledge that:

• AI systems may produce outputs that appear correct but are not accurate
• No warranty is provided regarding the accuracy of AI-generated analysis
• Users must carefully review and validate all AI outputs before making any trading decisions
• AI training data may have limitations and potential biases

Validation Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for validating and verifying any AI-generated analysis before acting upon it.
